Weight bolt designed to fit most current Lucasi, Players, PureX, and Rage cue sticks using a 1/2"-12T thread. The range of weights allows precise adjustment of cue balance and overall weight to match individual playing preferences.

Each bolt is precision-machined to ensure consistent fit and smooth installation. Before purchase, please verify that your cue butt has sufficient internal depth to accommodate the selected bolt length.

Important fit note: Weight bolts 4 oz and heavier likely won't fit your cue. Most manufacturers only thread the internal cavity to accommodate a 3.5 oz maximum; anything heavier is typically too long for the available space. Before purchasing, ensure there is enough clearance for both the extra length of the bolt and the butt cap insert.

Key Considerations

  • Thread limitations: Since most cues are bored for a maximum of 3.5 oz, a 4 oz bolt may bottom out or stick out past the threads.
  • Depth check: Use a thin rod or pipe cleaner to measure the available cavity depth to see if it can handle the extra length.
  • Insert clearance: Remember that the butt cap insert occupies physical space at the end of the cavity — the bolt needs to sit completely flush behind it.
  • Balance shift: Large weight increases move the balance point significantly toward the back, which can make the front of the cue feel light.
